HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF HYDROCODONE AND HYDROCHOLORIDE

I have heard about pills or drugs with hydrocloride. In fact only such a drugs did help me. I have neck muscle spasm, (chiropractors say, I have trigger points, but as I see, is not right. It is muscle spasm).
I have used two years: Sirdalud (from Switzerland), Tramadol and one pills from England for decongestion of nose mucus membrane. All three have hydrocloride. I must say, that only drugs with hydrocloride do help me. Now, I can't nothing more.

Do you have any other pills except Tramadol, that has Hydrocloride?

There are pills from Switzerland, SIRDALUD, they are special for Muscle Spasm, and they are the best. They did help me together with Tramadol, about 2 years. Now, no more. I am looking further on.
