PAIN

what is the pain in my lower left quarter section of my back? sometimes makes me nauseous. very painful. can't walk very far or lift anything heavier than an envelope without much pain.

Your sciatic nerve might be getting pinched or maybe you blew out a disc...The only one who can tell you that is a qualified MD...

Good luck, sometimes just resting for a few days is enough to
fix the problem, sometimes not....

I hope you at least call your doctor to have your back looked at...
