PLEASE HELP

i am an 18 year old female. i am athletic and pretty much in shape, and eat a pretty healthy diet.

last summer, i started randomly getting these sharp shooting pains all throughout my body. they would go in my hands, arms, legs, feet, shoulders, back, etc. just EVERYWHERE.

it started off as like one a day, but it moved to about ten. this went on for about 5 months, the hottest time of the year.

the pains stopped during fall and winter and spring, and now they're back again.

i really can't go through another summer like this. the pains are awful, like stabbing ones, and it's really hard to deal with. i just want to live normally.

i've also been recently experiencing leg weakness and fatigue.

every couple of months, i experience this HORRIBLE pain in my vagina and in my anus. it seriously makes me sit down and gasp for breath.

can someone please help me? i can't afford to go to the ER or get a doctor's appointment...when i went to both places they had no idea what was wrong with me. please, can anyone tell me any possibilities of what's wrong and what i can do to help myself?

please. i'm desperate

Hi Wonder,

You may want to post this question in the DR forum's also which are on the right side of the main forums list page. It does cost a bit of money though. You question may just be answered a little more in-depth over there.

Because you symptoms seem to span your body from head to toe, it sounds like it may possibly be a nerve issue. Lymes disease cause pain throughout the body and can effect your nerves.
You may want to make a appointment with a Rhumatologist so they can run all the blood tests availible for Lymes.(if you have been tested, you should get tested again as many types of lymes arent tested for or as in depth by regular physicians)
Rhumatologists also test for alot of systemic( illnesses that affect you whole system) conditions like auto-immune(rhumatoid arthritis, lupus..etc)
There sort if like the DR you go to when no one else can give you answeres.
Not sure what to make of the symptoms being seasonal.  maybe allergies of some type?

As for the pain downstairs, they sound like muscle spasms and could be caused from many tthings including having your menstraul cycle. I have had them myself on occassion during my period.  Maybe just take a trip to your gyno or free clinic to see whats up.

Hope you can get your symptoms figured out and ended.
