PM doctors

I understand what you are saying I am not looking for a referal but I live in oregon and am relocating to Warren MI 18 mins. NE of Detroit and I don't know anything about the area I have never been there before but since my husband is In the military I have to move when they till us to I have a great PC doctor now but I want to hopfully find the same thing once I get to Michigan any ideas is all I  asking would never want a referral just some names in the area since I have Tricare?

Have you asked your current PM doctor if he/she can refer you to someone in the area your moving to? It is certainly worth a try. Being in the military the doctor may know of a colleague in that area. Have you tried Google? That may help too.
I would suggest trying the pain foundations as they list good PM doctors on their sites. Just google pain foundations and then go from there. I have found one this way.
Also you can call the hospitals in the area where your moving as they have referral lines too.
I hope you do find one, it takes time and effort but as you know when you do find a good one it is worth the effort. It is frustrating I know.
Also I suggest you talk to your current doctor and see if he will be willing to give you a month extra when you move to get you through until you find a new doc:)
