Pain / burning sensation

Hi my names Kelsey and I'm 16 years old. Well since last year I've been having these pains all over my body.. I went to the doctor three times over it last year. they said I was fine. Now I know I have panic attacks and anxiety. & they say that's the reason ... Well the pains got worse and started moving to my chest like something was stabbing like crazy ... I couldn't take the pain no more .. My mom thought I was crazy ... I would stay up all night crying because I thought there was actually something wrong with me.. So just yesterday I had her take me to the doctor .. They told me the same exact things that I have heard before they did blood work. Checked my heart and all that stuff... So I believe them ... But now I'm starting to have a burning sensation in my leg this has been going on for about six days. Not on the outside its on the inside ...it feels like acid reflex in my leg pretty much but we all know you can't get acid reflex in your leg . That's just what it feels like. I also got the same exact feeling in m nose where my bone is .. I also have diarrhea and my mouths been really dry & I always have film in the back of my throat and my stomach makes the weird noises . But it stops when I eat something... Any body know what this might can be ..? I'm thinking its hidden inflation in the burning areas. Please let me know if you know of anything . I should've told the doctor but I forgot . And if I ask to go back my mo will think I'm ******* crazy -.- if anyone has a kik: @KelseyCutsCunts  twitter: @kbbytrilla_ Facebook: Kelsey Dotson

You'd be surprised at the symptoms one can manifest from anxiety and stress. You might think your on the verge of death from a heart attack one minute, the next you feel as though you can't breath very well at all. The list goes on and on. There are a lot of medications out there that can help you, as well as different types of therapy. I hope everything works out for you. You have already made a very intelligent and courageous decision by just asking for help and talking about your problems. Take good care of yourself.

I've been having the same problems. Not as severe as your but pretty similar and I also haw anxiety and a panic disorder. I worry myself all day and night thinking I'm possibly dying or it's cancer
But I found out my stomach problems are irritable bowel syndrome and because people like you and I worry so much any stress can cause stomach problems like diarrhea and nausea and that will cause a film and what not in your throat because you lose so much water in diarrhea. Lately the pain has moved all over my joints tho and my whole body so it's worrying me and I've been to the hospital several times cuz the chest pain and they always turned me away saying its panic attacks. Anyways
I got prescribed Xanax and for as long as I had it I had no pain or anything I was fine
Maybe it was anxiety causing these symptoms
Or maybe the Xanax made me not think about it
Either way I strongly think it may be anxiety because that can cause any sensation possible
You might want to check www.calmclinic.com about it
It talks all about the weird sensations anxiety causes
But hey I hope you feel better!
If you find out anything please let me know
I'm worried myself
But more than likely its anxiety :)
Good luck

I'm glad to hear you are going to the doctor. Hopefully everything is okay in the tummy area. Hope the relaxation techniques help. The cold press/bag on the back of your neck really does help for bad panic attacks if you are at home.

Well since I went to the doctor yesterday they put me on this medicine for my panic attacks . But I haven't got it yet . I know if I worry abou it more and more ... The more anxiety & stress I will have . But other than that no other medicines . Also, I have to go back to the doctor to make up for shots . So when I go there I could probably have them check my stomach . . Thank you both .
It means a lot .

You are experiencing anxiety and panic attacks. If your anxiety is really bad, it can cause issues with your stomach: burning, acid reflux, gastritis. It sounds like you might be developing thrash or gastritis. If thrash, you will need to take antibiotics. If gastritis, they will give you prilosec. Check your stool - if your stool is really dark or black that means there is blood in it and your stomach is bleeding. This is very dangerous and make sure to get to the doctor asap.

You need to take care of your anxiety or your will end with thrash or gastritis (if you don't already have it). Panic attacks cause sharp chest and back pain, even shooting pain down your left arm which makes a lot of people think they are having a heart attack or stroke. Stress and anxiety can cause aches, pains, even sharp stabbing pains all over your body. It can cause sweating, cold hands and feet, hot flashes, shaking/tremors, dry mouth, dizziness, you name it!

You need to make an appointment with your primary doctor to have your stomach checked out asap. And also make an appointment with a psychologist to begin therapy, discuss your anxiety and what is stressing you out. Work on relaxation techniques to help with your anxiety.

This includes: breathing exercises, visualization, hot baths to relax, splashing cold water on your face, using a cold pack on the back of your neck or in your hands...

you can read more about techniques to reduce your anxiety on this website:
http://www.calmclinic.com/anxiety/treatment/relaxation

Just remember it's only anxiety. You are okay and just need to practice these techniques to relax. The more you obsess about something being wrong, the worse the anxiety will be.

Hi Kelsey,
I just finished reading your comments. Are you taking any daily medications. Sometimes certain medications have side effects.
You say you have panic attacks and anxiety. Did your doctor put
you on any medication for panic attacks or anxiety ? Certain birth
control medications can cause really serious side effects, just for
your knowledge. I wish you well . Eve
