Pain at particular time?

by funnyesq, Aug 09, 2007 09:39PM
I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.  Specifically costoclavicular and pec minor syndrome.  I have improved my posture and structure such that I have less flare ups and less discomfort over all.  I'm not cured ...yet.

I noticed though and in hind sight this is probably since the beginning (about 4 years now) that my pain/flare ups surface about 8:30 a.m. and last about an hour and then disappear.  They have different intensities but quite nasty.  I can't seem to do anything to prevent them or deal with them (I do try to stretch etc...breath) but nothing seems to help or prevent it.  It is as if 8:30 comes and I must go through this until about 9:30 and then it magically goes away.  As if there was a clock to this flare ups.  WHAT THE HECK???
