I noticed though and in hind sight this is probably since the beginning (about 4 years now) that my pain/flare ups surface about 8:30 a.m. and last about an hour and then disappear. They have different intensities but quite nasty. I can't seem to do anything to prevent them or deal with them (I do try to stretch etc...breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor) but nothing seems to help or prevent it. It is as if 8:30 comes and I must go through this until about 9:30 and then it magically goes away. As if there was a clock to this flare ups. WHAT THE HECK???
