Tuck has given you some great advice and info I just wanted to add you should be seen by a doctor and do not be afraid or embarrased to do so . Often times guys will let these things go rather than suffer telling the doc about your problem and this is not a good idea to do this. Please let us know how it goes and if we can be of futher help:)
Hell Pranavuppal,
Welcome to the Pain Management Forum of MedHelp. I am sorry to hear that you are having pain in your testicles. This is often frightening. If you have had pain for a moth it is past time to seek medical treatment.
There are a multitude of conditions that could be causing the pain. Two of the more common our as follows. Epididymitis which is testicle infection. It cause inflammation of the epididymis that is usually related to an infection. It is the most common cause of testicular pain in adult men. The epididymis is la separate structure but is connected to the testicular sac and stores sperm.
Orchitis which is also inflammation of the testicle. This inflammatory condition of the testicles it too occurs because of an infectious. Sometimes it is due to an epididymitis, that has gone untreated. Sometimes orchitis can be caused by a virus.
And the third can be trauma to the area. At any rate it is time that you see your PCP. These conditions can become chronic is let untreated. Good luck to you and take care, Tuck
