Pain in my right foot while having a bowel movement

For a few weeks now, I have been experiencing a very sharp pain in my right foot. It's a deep shooting pain that only occurs when I also feel a bowel movement coming on. After I use the bathroom, the pain goes away but lately,I also experience the pain even if I don't feel a bowel movement coming on. I would appreciate very much your help.  Thanks.
