I sure would have it checked out. Any pain in your breast should be checked into.

Sharp burning pain in the breast can be anything from a muscle strain, a tweaked nerve, to a heart attack to anything in-between. If it's been going on for a few hours, take an aspirin or your painkiller of choice, try heat and/or cold, and if it gets really severe (tears, don't want to move, don't want to move a body part), get to an ER, urgent care, and/or call your doctor. If it's a tweaked nerve, it might take three days to settle down. Think back to when the pain first started, what were you doing?
If you don't have insurance, there are reduced fee clinics. If those aren't available, most medical facilities will take payments, even $10 or $20 a month.
I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on the internet. I've just dealt with pain for years.
