Pain management

I recently suffered a car accident where I fractured my femur to the point it was nearly through my skin. In emergency surgery they put in an artificial rod from my knee to my waist. Upon further chech up 6 Months later they found there was no fusion of bone and did another surgery by taking out the old one and a bone graft from my hip. It has been a year since then and th bun has fused but I still have incredible pain at the break spot and the location they took the bone graft from. I've had issues receiving pain management treatement and the pain of the metal is intolerable to he point I cant leave Ben some days. Any ideas of what I can do ?
