im on lycra 75mg twice daily for impingment of tendons in my shoulder.Dont find any help at all.

Have u tried narcotics, if yes, how do u deal w oain at bedtime, l take a dose and i cant sleep for,3 hrs, and cant sleep w the pain for my nerve impibgment

I checked online and it says that LYRICA is indicated to treat Diabetic Nerve Pain, Pain after Shingles, and Fibromyalgia.  I would be honest with your doctor and let him/her know the LYRICA is not helping and you would like to try something else.  With most PM doctors you have to try all the non-narcotics and anti-inflammatory drugs before they give you anything else.  I would try and be open minded and try everything they offer.  Good luck.
