Painful scalp leading to pain in joints

I everyone. I am a 31 yr old female, my BMI is 17.6 and I have no known health issues other than asthma.

I started having a sensitive/painful scalp one afternoon. Just touching my hair caused pain on my scalp, the feeling is similar to touching a sunburn. As the day progressed I developed terrible muslce pain to the point where it was difficult just moving around.
This is completely out of the ordinary for me.

The scalp pain went away within a day. This happened approx a year ago.

The other day I developed mild scalp pain again. The pain went away again within a day and now I have joint pain in my right knee....right elbow....even the right side of my jaw however no muscle pain.

It seems to me pain in other parts of my body seems to ensue the scalp pain.

I have had blood tests ruling out any auto immune diseases, my blood tests always come back normal.
My dr expressed the only other thing it could be is Fibromyalgia....however these episodes are so few and far between that it does not seem likely to me.

Can anyone help?
