I endorse everything philnoir says.  That means I agree with him.

What is a "chick" -- something that goes peep?

Your first mistake is to use this derogatory term towards young women. It demonstrates a misogynist's lack of respect for females in general.

Your second mistake was to ignore using a condom. You claim to have made sure that she was "clean" -- are you a licensed gynecologist?

Let's hope this second mistake is not a serious mistake you will regret for the rest of your life.

The answer to your question is: yes -- go see your doctor tomorrow if possible. You may not be old enough to consent to medical treatment at 16, but do not delay treatment to avoid embarrassment. This is no time to hide mistakes from parents. This might be a serious medical situation.

In the mean time, stop masturbating and irritating the sensitive skin and tissues until you are healed.

Now is the time to take responsibility for your action. Do not have sexual contact with anyone until you are treated, and if you do have a diagnosis of STD, notify anyone you've had sexual contact with during these last 4 weeks, including Ms. "Clean Chick."

STD, especially in women, is not detectable by any rumors you've learned in high school. If you are going to have sex, to so responsibly and use a condom.

Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor.

It sounds like you have an infection and probably a fungal infection too.
If you have been sexually active, you may need to consider getting checked out for STDs.

Don't have sex until you are well healed.
Use latex free condoms which can now be purchased.  Latex can cause allergic reactions in some people.

Don't use normal soap, bath or shower gels to wash your genitals.  It will dry and aggravate the skin more.  Use non perfumed soap, soap with the same pH level as our skin, baby washes may be fine.

Do not scratch if it itches.  This will cause damage to the skin.  If it itches, shower will cool water.  You can apply natural set yogurt to help cool down any itchiness.

Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor.  You may require a course of antibiotics and treatment with antifungal creams that are specifically used on the genitals.  The doctor may prescribe an antifungal medication for you to take by mouth as well as the antibiotic.

Let me know how you get on.
Best wishes.
