Post dural puncture headaches

I have the worst post dural puncture headaches. 20 days today. Had a blood patch day 5. I am in bed, drinking lots of fluid and caffeine. How long is this going to continue. once better, when can I start exercising again?

If your still having trouble after a blood patch you need to go back to the hospital and have them re evaluate you. 20 days later this is not normal. Please have someone take you to get checked out
