Red, painful air with rash and wounds

I got a rash and wounds around one of my ears after putting hot oil on my hair to help maintain my hair and it spilt on my ear. I assume that's the reason why. My ear is red and hurts, what should I do?

Ouch, that sounds like it hurts a lot. Is it like a burn? I am sure no expert on burns, maybe someone else might post something. Do you have any friends or family nearby that you can ask so that they can see it?
