Refusal to treat/Obamacare

I had been receiving (Phenol) shots (for the last three months) for pain relief but was told by my doctor on my last visit, I can no longer receive these shots because of Obamacare. I am on Medicare (CA). I have not received any notice from Medicare.
What can I do? File a complaint with Medicare? What are my options here?

Update....
I called my PM doctor to cancel my future appt's because he would not treat 'due to Obamacare' and was called back 5 MINUTES LATER, by the clerk and told that 'there was a misunderstanding with the doctor and the billing dept, and that my shots WERE covered.
INTERESTING???
I will discuss this with the doctor but I am going for testing by another facility for my condition. Not sure I trust this doctor anymore???

For what it is worth, I filed a complaint with Medicare.
I received two shots from this doctor and suddenly he went cold turkey on me. That is not the treatment I expect from a professional. Obamacare my butt, and that is where I needed the shot!

Hi!
Yes, you could write to Medicare to understand your treatment options. Also, you could talk to your doctor and review other treatment options like physiotherapy, alternative drugs, swimming, manual therapy, etc. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
