Request Advice

Hi

From last 2 years my wife had pain in upper back side. Doctor advised for sonography at that time and the report says that there is 12 mm stone in gall bladder but the doctor said that the pain is not because of this stone.
Kindly help in the below two points
1) Doctor advised to remove the gall bladder but we dont want.
2) Is the pain related to muscular pain?

A gall stone can cause a lot of pain. I wonder why the doctor doesn't think this is the cause?

Only a doctor can tell you if the pain is muscular or not. If it is muscular seeing a physiotherapist would help. They give you exercises to strengthen the area and let you know what to avoid. They may also do things like ultrasound on the muscles which really helps them relax. I love ultrasound treatments.

Since this is pain lasting two years it would make sense to request a referral to a pain management specialist. They know better the causes and treatment of pain and can do things like injections into muscles to ease pain and things a general doctor just isn't trained to do.

She may have a pinched nerve in her spine. I get them and when I see my chiropractor he adjusts and the pain goes away. try to get an exray of her spine before any surgery. Don't do surgery on the spine. adjustments will do better.
