Rheumatioid

Dears,

I had kindy transplant for 4 monthes ago, and I am taking Prograf 4 MG AM , and 4 MG PM. Also I am taking Myfortect 360 AM and 360 PM , and Suloprid 5 MG AM.
These days I have mostly the symtoms (symptoms) of rheumatiod although the RF , ANA , and ASOT are negative, But the ESR first hour is 55 , and  2nd hour is 81. The question is how to make sure that i have rheumatiod or not.
