IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAVE BEEN ON HERE.  I HAVE HAD A BAD COUPLE OF WEEKS.  ANYWAY WHAT BRINGS ME HERE TODAY IS I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS HAD A CERTAIN TYPE OF PAIN.  ON MY RIGHT ARM I HAVE HAD THE MOST PAINFUL STUFF GOING ON -- MY PINKY AND RING FINGER AND THAN 1/2 OF MY PALM WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE TWO FINGERS I MENTIONED AND THAN PROCEEDING UP THE BOTTOM 1/2 OF MY ARM ALL THE WAY UP TO MY ELBOW.  OUCH!!!  THIS HURTS SOOO BAD, I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP ALMOST EVERY NIGHT WITH THIS PAIN, IT REALLY HURTS TO THE POINT OF BRINGING ME TO TEARS.  DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CAUSES THIS PAIN?  HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PAIN?  AND WHAT IS IT WITH THE BOTTOM 1/2 OF MY ARM?  ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE HELPFUL AND VERY MUCH APPRICIATED?

I am so glad you have returned. Welcome! You were missed and I hope that you will become an active memeber of our community once again.

Sandee is correct. It could be related to the discs of your neck. And Cardiac pain can be so different in men than it is in woman. Usually there are other symptoms such as extreme fatigue but it is a possibility.

It could also be a symptom of carpel tunnel syndrome or an ulnar nerve disorder or a nerve entrapment in your shoulder. These are just a few possibilities. There are more. I would certainly make an appointment with my PCP hand have her direct you to the appropriate specialist.

Please let us know how you are doing....and don't be a stranger. I'll look forward to your posts. Take Care, Tuck

Like Sandee about 2 years ago i had that problem..i was sent to a nueroligist and he did a nerve tets and found i had a pinch nerve in my neck.. he told me there wasnt much he could do.. take some pain medicastion when it gets to the point like your having , and he said one day it would hopefully relax itself and sop pinching the nerve.. i thought yea right ..well one day i got up and the pain was gone!!!..so i guess he knew what he was talking about and knocking on wood it hasnt happened since

welcome back:)

I had been experiencing some arm pain and finger pain with my neck problems and was told it was nerve damage. He gave me some medication for it and I don't take it any longer but it helped when I needed it for the pain in my arm and fingers. I was getting injections for my neck and the arm and finger pain just eventually went away.
So I think you may be having some nerve pain from either nerve damage or problems steming from another injury you may have.
Also in woman arm and finger pain can be a signal of heart problems too. So be careful and see your doctor to find out whats going on so it can be treated.
