I'm sixteen, and have what I used the think was random chest pains, but paying attention to it, have found patterns to go with it. It's kinda freaking me out, so I'm hoping someone can help...
This pain occurs after sleeping a lot more than usual, or perhaps not sleeping enough.
When I'm really hungry.
And when I work out ever day for a week, then stop...
Seems kinda weird...
Welcome. Have you seen a physician for these symptoms? Have you discussed them with your parents? If not I suggest you do both.
Chest pains can be caused from any number of things not related to your heart. GERD (gastrointestinal reflux disease) is one of them that come to mind. So please discuss this with your Mom or Dad and ask them to make an appointment with your PCP.
I hope you'll soon be feeling better. Please feel free to let us know how you are doing.
