Best wishes. I always think what the heck i was doing 5 seconds before something started hurting. Usually helps fwiw.
Thanks for the reply. I think I may have figured it out last night at the gym. I carry a fairly large bag on my right shoulder every work day - I think I've just tightened the muscles on that side - I'm doing some new stretching exercises recommended by my gym owner/chiropractor. Hopefully this will do the trick but if not my medical Dr has recommended rehab therapy and shots. I'm going to try the gym option first. Thanks again.
See your PCP. He can best let you know what the problem is and if necessary, refer you to an Orthopedist. Did you do something prior to the pain beginning? Or did it just randomly start hurting for no apparent reason that you can think of? Sleep on it funny? When did it start hurting?
