Severe breast pain with lump

I have a hard lump at the bottom center of my right breast. It is painful when I apply pressure and I feel a sharp pain when I take a deep breath or cough. What do you think it is? Thank you.

The lump you should have your gyn doctor evaluate.  But the rest of your description sounds like you may have costochondritis.  Try doing a search on it and tell me if you don't think so?
