Strange pain...

I started trying to go to sleep, but after I had layed down for 3-5 minutes, I got a weird unexplained pain... I don't exactly know what that part of my head is called, but it's the area right under my chin, it connects to my neck.  it's like an ache, it hurts when I swallow, and it feels like it's swollen... Why is it there? What is it?

I'm not particualrly worried, it's just uncomfortable...

Hmmm....you might want to go to the doctor to find out.  Could be some sort of swollen or painful gland you are talking about.
