Sunburn...

So I haven't ever gotten a sunburn in my life.  But today, I was out in the sun for 10 hours in 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees in Fahrenheit).  The skin on feet is red and so is the skin just below my knee.  But only my left foot stings.  I don't know if this is a sunburn but if it is, I was wondering how to treat it.

Hi there... sounds to me like a sunburn. When I get a sunburn, I burn easily,
I like to use solarcane spray. I like using the spray because you can just
spray it on the burn. Also helpful is aloe gel. I bought some aloe gel at
Shopper's Drug Mart. Most pharmacies probably carry aloe gel. Either
of both of these products are very helpful. Burned skin needs moisture
and like some one else posted, stay out of the sun. Staying in the sun
for 10 hours is unhealthy. Skin cancer is on the rise. Always try and use
sun screen too including your face. There are sun screens specifically
made for your face. Also a hat is really important to protect your head
from direct heat from the sun. Not doing this can leave you open to
sun stroke which is serious. Hope this has helped. Eve

It would make sense that it is a sunburn, if you were out in the sun that long and it was that hot out! So you probably got a bit of a sunburn, but that is impressive, I'll burn after an hour or two.
The best thing to do is keep your sunburned skin out of the sun until it heals, which may be several days. Naturally your burned skin wants to stay cool so you could go in cool water, or apply cool water some ice if you want but a sunburn should just go away on it's own. But if it burns badly then you can do those things. Aloe can also help if it is badly burned, otherwise just stay cool and I hope you're feeling better :)
