Swollen, Swore Lump On Back Of Forearm? Cancer Fear!!

I recently noticed a sore swollen lump on the back of my forearm(left arm).  It is about the size of an eraser and feels as if it is a ruptured vein or clot possibly.  Two days ago my veins all of a sudden(in my left arm) became swollen and i felt a weak uncomfortable sensation in that arm.  Now I still feel this lump and it feels sore to touch.

Should I go to the Doc ASAP?

The pic shows the area where I feel the lump it is on the forearm area a few inches above the wrist.

Thank You:)

OK, I thought it was a round rash. Insect bites are common this time of year. They can cause all kinds of discomfort. Just a thought :) Taker care...........

Sorry, I'm having trouble with my keyboard. It's not my typing.....LOL   I'm not sure why my word was taken out of the post but here it is again, If it looks red and fluid filled (white) then I would suspect MRSA (Staph Infection). Anyway, Sandee is correct. Please seek medical attention...Mollyrae

I used a pen to draw the area that I felt the lump.
I have no type of rash.
Thanks for the concern:)

Hello. This also looks like a tick bite. It has the classical round rash. Rind Worm aslo looks simular. If the center becomes red and ***** then I wouls suspect MRSA. Take care and keep us informed. Mollyrae

Yes I would if it is indeed a blood clot that is VERY serious. I would call your Dr or go to the ER soon as you can! Please keep us updated and we all wish you the best and our thoughts and prayers are with you:)
