Trying something different for pain.

As I mentioned in an earlier post..I've been mad at the world and everything in it for the past month or so.  I've been to countless doctors in an effort to find the source of my pain.  I've passed every medical test given to me and have had several different procedures done.  At this point all I can do is take Lortabs to help ease the problem.

This past week I think my anger has given me a revalation.  Just by chance I ran across several different websites concerning refined sugar with all kinds of physical pain and discomfort.  I' ve also found something called "gluten Intollerance" that I seem to have the symptoms of.

Starting tomorrow I am going to eliminate all sugar and wheat from my diet and see what happens.  I'm willing to try anything to get off these white demons.  

As I look back over the past two years I have noticed a pattern in my health.  It seems that when my diet is high in refined sugar my mind is foggy and I have aches and pains all over my body.  These websites also mentioned that refined sugar also causes all types of inflamation in the body.  A few years ago my diet was extremely high in refined sugars like Dr. Pepper, cake, bread and so on.

Anyway..tomorrow is a new day.  I know it will very difficult to try and eat properly my life is worth it.  Things like this are always easier if people go through it together.  Anyone want to try this with me?

Good luck to you. Sorry I can't join you. Because of my Malabsorption Syndrome I cannot stray very far from my required diet.
