Tylenol vs ?

I am wondering if there is something besides Tylenol 3 that I can ask for to be prescribed as I have some liver issues and everytime I get a migraine or other aches and pains that are too much for over the counter, I get prescribed T3's, but I am concerned they are making my liver worse.  I have fatty liver disease, and I don't drink, and I don't really eat fatty foods (the two most common causes of FLD).  I just need something as strong as T3's, but not as hard on liver?

Any ideas, I have to see the doctor in 2 weeks and I would like to take some idea's to her.

Thanks,

I don't bother with Pain management because all they will give us an injection of Fentanyl! No thank you. I stick to my Tylenol #3 with Codeine. I use the Teva brand the rest of the pharmaceutical brands make me nauseous. But Oxycodone w/apap 5/325 is good also again only the Mallinckrodt brand. Don't take just any brand do your research.

I do take something for my migraines, but it is not a pain killer.  The other pain etc is caused by old knee injury and an old back injury.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer me.

Thanks,

There are medications that do not have the Tylenol in it,
Ask your doctor about this and explain you want something without the Tylenol
