Years of chronic thoracic pain w no answers.. Please Help?

I have had middle-upper back pain for over 8 years now. I was in 3 bad car accidents in 2005, 2006 and again in 2013. My PCP was helping me with Vicodin up until about 2010 when I had to see his RN and said that I needed to go to the pain clinic. They have done nothing to help me. X-rays and MRIs of my thoracic spine and neck have showed nothing but 2 small cyst like balls (forget their tech name).. But highly doubts that it would be causing me pain. Nothing else have been found. I have been to chiropractors also.  Clinic has given me anti inflammatory that have not helped. 2 months ago, I had trigger point injections. Did not help, feels like it's worsened. Tomorrow I have a neck injection scheduled. They have given me no answers or even any kind of maybe could be this or that.. Nothing. I am at my wits end. Also, after my last check after my back injection, the nurse came in, saw me crying, shut the door and said honey I know that you are frustrated and need answers, but these Drs refuse to prescribe any narcotics to someone so young. .......she was so nice about it seemed to genuinely care after seeing me for ever try.I feel like they all see me as a drug seeker and not for the desperate mother in agony that I am.
The pain is MAINLY between my shoulder blades, on each side of my spine. Even inflames the entire length of my shoulder blades when at a 10 on the pain scale. I wake up at about a 5 and it worsens throughout the day and into the night it's the absolute worst. Yesterday I tried to garden for about 45 mins, until my bf pulled me away. I felt the pain but I felt that I NEEDED to continue. Which left me in agony. From my shoulders to the lowest point of my middle back ached and throbbed. The middle of my butt felt almost tingly but with a sharp pain that shot down my left leg (only happens when my pain is at a 10+). I tried to relax, but I do have almost a 5 month old baby now to take care of which is why I haven't been doing much of anything because I know I need to take care of her, she is my top priority! I cried so hard last night when I tried to pick her up and was shaking so bad in agony, thankfully my bf was there. Now today, my entire body aches and is weak, legs hurt.. Barely can move let alone lift my baby. I need help. I need answers. This is not okay.
I am 29 years old. Have been diagnosed with ADHD, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, social anxiety,  OCD, IBS and chronic thoracic pain.
I'm prescribed adderall, klonopin, anafranil, neurontin (all from psychiatrist). .. I know that neurontin helps, but not when it's this bad.
And my new PCP has prescribed me zanaflex just the other day, after I told him what was going on and referred me to a musculoskeletal specialist. I'm still going to go thru with the injection tomorrow.
But I am desperate. Please. Could this be myofascial pain? Any kind of information, or any kind of maybes.. anything.... Please help me.

How did they find that you had this herniation? MRI? X-ray? Evidently mine have come back "normal" besides 2 small cyst like balls.. That if they enlarge they will have to send me to a surgeon, but they aren't sure if they could be causing me pain. It's bull ****. I need answers. I need help. They talk down to me. I have to get technical in my questions to get any kind of answers.

Hi I have a thoracic spine herniation and yes they are very painful I have 4 of them I was told by my specialist that any abnormalities in the thoracic spine will cause pain I have done physical therapy multiple injections and I can't find a chiropractor that will even work on my throacic spine because they said it is very dangerous I think you need to go and find a different specialist and get a second opinion I know how horrible this is this has turned my life upside down I used to be very active and now I'm not it's very depressing knowing that you're going to be in pain forever the only thing that gives me relief is using a heating pad on my back
