im 24 years old..ive had 2 major back surgery's...and i have been taking pain pills for several years..i currently eat about 20   7.5/750' vicoden a day..its slowly destroying my life...im just looking for some advice or just somebody going through the same stuff i am...i cant find the strength to quit......i need help..

First of all DO NOT STOP THIS MEDICATION COLD TURKEY!!!
You need to get your doctor to help ween you off of this medication. While some will say you can't die from opiate withdrawal it is still dangerous especially with the dose your taking.
There are detox centers also that will help you do this safely.
I admire your realizing you have a problem. The amount of Tylenol your ingesting is dangerous too.
If you need help locating a detox or rehab center in your area please let me know and I will help all I can.

Get your phone book out. Look up detox and rehab centers in your area. Whether you have health insurance or not there are places you can go to get detoxed. That is the beginning.
Then the work begins. To figure out why you are doing this.  It sounds like it started with back surgery.  But that is just a symptom.. There is something that is making you afraid or sad or both that makes you feel a need to numb yourself.  
I use to do this with alcohol. I was in so much pain about 15 years ago I was self medicating.  I have fibromyalgia and had so much back pain. I also had such a messed up family growing up. I just buried all of it. But it came up for me and I didn't even realize it.  I was ruining my life, my health, my marriage and my kids.  
I checked in to a hospital then started AA meetings, counseling and I am still working on myself.  It is a process to care for ourselves. It's not a quick fix.
But what you need right now, today is to STOP taking these pills.  
So please, you reached out here, now reach out and call one of these detox centers and ask them what you need to do to stop this. They will talk you through this and explain it all to you.  
If you have someone you trust tell them. Don't worry about what they think or say.  Once you reach out the person who trust loves you, they will just want to help.  If there isn't anyone pick up the phone.  The rehab centers have the strength for you. But you MUST make that call.

That's 15,000 mg a day of Acetaminophen a day, the MAX allowed is 4,000.  That's almost 4x too much..   That could be a lethal dose of Tylenol, you're doing irreversible damage to your liver.

I hope you can stop or get help, you're stepping on very dangerous ground!

oh hon, you need to quit for sure...20 Vic ES's a day is KILLING YOU. Your liver cannot keep taking that abuse. That is WAY over the limit of acetominophen! I took nearly as many Vicodin ES too and knew I had to stop or die...Please come on over to the Addiction/SUbstance Abuse forum, we can help you there so much. Here is the link:
