I am sorry, I just came across your post today. I sincerely hope you have found some relief for your pain.
I am not sure how far along you are, but if you are in your late third trimester then these could be labor pains.
Other than this, you can learn exercises that can help relieve the pain. See if there is swelling in the feet. This can also cause pain. If you have swelling in the feet, then get your blood pressure checked and inform your doctor. You can use a heating pad for the lower back pain. If there is too much pain, you can apply a local pain analgesic cream after consulting your gynecologist. Take care!
