I am sorry by the information you have provided is much to limited to offer suggestions or ideas. If you can give more details such as where exactly is your pain. What does it feel like, burning, aching, etc? What makes it better or worse.
Did you injure your back or did this come on without warning?
Have you had this pain before? Have you consulted your physician or have you had any tests? Do you have UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) symptoms, such as burning or frequency?
Does your pain radiate or is it confined to one location? Any additional information you can provide would be helpful.
