chronic leg, joint, bone pain shortly after lumbar surgery

June 15th had lumbar L5 - S1 fusion surgery, which was successful, within 7 days, had a blood clot, only to learn within 7 more days, there were two grapefruit size hematomas in my pelvic area which were removed, and within 14 days after this had an internal infection which required yet another surgery which for the following two week, had an open wound to keep clean.  I'm closed up as of August 6th, still on all the pain meds as before the surgery only to begin to have serious pain in my lower legs, deep pain in the bones.  Shin, angles, foot and toes.  Also have numbness in right foot.  Since discovering the lower extremities painful, all my joints have started to ache.  I have lost 40 lbs through this time and at first attributed the pain to loss of muscle mass.  But have since started wondering why this pain is increasing, and worse in cold rainy weather.  I have symptoms that match Fibromyalsha and recently started having hot flashes, or arthritis.  I'm 47 years, and was in generally very good heath and strong physically.  Anyone have idea?
