Definitely have your gall bladder checked out. An ultrasound might not necessarily show up if your not in the middle of a gall bladder attack. A HIDDA scan may help to determine if its your gall bladder. It could also be any of the things you already mentioned. Also have your pancreas checked out too. A gastro doctor may be a good place to start if your PCP can't find out whats wrong. Good luck to you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems.  Right upper abdominal and chest pain can be due to cholecystitis (inflammation of gall bladder), stones in gall bladder, abscess under the diaphragm, liver problems or due to duodenal ulcer. Right flank pain is generally due to kidney stones. Pain on right side of belly button can be chronic appendicitis, ir IBS or Crohn’s.
Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, carbonated drinks and spicy food. This may help you if the burning sensation is due to acidity.
Pinched nerves in the thoracic spine can also cause burning sensation in upper abdomen and chest area. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
