constant neck an back pain

I was hit by a car an had a cat scan an xrays done results said slight reversal curvature in neck an that i have slight curvature reversal in neck an a slight case of scoliosis with two curves. Slightly twisted right hip. And a cyst on my sinus cavity. They say its all common an expected but have constant neck and back pain an my arms tend to ache an tingle alot an also in my legs. Constanly have sharp pains under my ribs feel like im gonna puke and sharp pains in my back if i move wrong. And constant migranes when will it ease up an what can i do to make it not hurt so bad?

This reversal of curvature is your body tensing up and not allowing you to be in normal position.  I would see a physical therapist to help you gently loosen things up with massage.  But basically it is going to take time to recover.  Avoid more CT scans.  You could see a naturopath to find out all about herbs that are antiinflammatory.  Or just take calcium at night, magnesium in the morning, drink mint tea, take L-argimine, and also take an NSAID for the pain.  Try to walk around every day in supportive shoes for blood flow and to keep your muscles pliable.

I have done the chiropractor thing but he said its all temporary. And so far it only helps for a day. I do try and eat good but have lost a bunch of wieght. I have three kids so i do get my exercise untill i get so bad i cant. Thanks for the advice
