could this be just a migraine

for about a month 2 times a week i get this god awful severe headache that starts over my left eye that seems to last 3 hrs or more but the last few headaches insteantly followed with a nose bleedand vomiting

I know vomiting is common with migraines but I don't know about nosebleeds.  My bff gets them and she vomits off and on for almost an hour when they start.  If you didn't have any migraines before and now you have them regularly (more than two a month) I would see the dr just to be sure it's not a symptom of something else.  100mg of atarax a day has reduced my friends quite a bit.
