doc wanted for methadone prescription in montreal

where can i find a doctor or an organisation except "relais methadone or any hospitals" in montreal, province of quebec in canada that can prescribe to me methadone or at worst other drugs to heal me from heroïn addiction,please...??? thanx
I've been doing drugs since I'm 14 and I'm 46 now with a methadone habit of 190 ml per day and where they prescribe me methadone, they are playing with my health, meaning when I'm not able to go to their month apointment with their doctors because I'm very sick or something happends that is urgent and I cannot attend, they don't send me the prescription for me to get my dose, that is really playing with our health and playing God too in a way I think...so I need some doctor or an organisation that are mature and professionnal as soon as it is possible...thanks again
