elbow pain?

i woke up this morning with a aching elbow joint. then when i got up i realized that i couldn't move my right arm with the pain becoming worse. i ost all movment from my elbow down and my figures got al tongly. i cant feel them right now. my boyfriend says its nothing to working about but im worried it could be nerve damage or something like that. i recently fell on my elbow causing it to dislocate but the doctors said that its din now. i dont know what it is or what med i should go on. i thought perks cuz everything below that doesnt do anything but im young and the doctors where i live seem to not understand what kind of pain i am in and give me advil for the pain.
