finger pain
I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING FINGER PAIN. MY LEFT INDEX FINGER GET SWOLLEN AND IT BECOMES WARM TO TOUCH. AT THE TIP IT IS VERY PAINFUL, COULD THIS BE FROM ME BEING B12 DEFIC.

Something similar to this happened to my Aunt and it turned out that she had nipped her cuticle with nippers and had broken the skin and managed to get an infection in there.  Is there a chance that something like this could have happened to you?  I kind of doubt that if you had a deficiency that only one finger would be involved.  I would let a doctor take a look at it.  It might be something that you need an antibiotic for.
