fluid in the lung

what cause difficulty in breathing? and the back pain? they diagnosed my partner has fluid in the lungs, is it advisable to take myrin forte since fluid on it is secondary to TB?

Yes.  Myrin forte is used for the treatment of TB.  The fluid in his lungs is a direct result of the TB, so by treating TB with the myrin forte, the fluid will clear up as his lungs heal.  The fluid is also what is causing the difficulty in breathing and probably the back pain as well.  He needs to strictly do what his doctor tells him to do, and take the medication as prescribed and for as long as it is prescribed.  TB can take some time to treat.  You, as his partner, should be tested for it as well.
