head ake and tingling in my left hand and arm

Hi my name is Amanda . I am 26 and i have head akes that seem to be starting in my neck . i also am having a tingaling feeling in my left arm starting at my elbow and very numb in my hand and finger tips..not sure if its sumthen bad .. please help me

This could be caused by many things...  immediate thought- were you in a car accident and suffer whiplash?  head ache and pain in arm  - pinched nerve in neck?  Coincidence?  and the two symptoms are not related... pinched/irritated nerve in shoulder or elbow.

the tingling in your arm could be carpal tunel syndrome it could be leading to your main vein that goes up into your head if i were you i would seek medical help dont give up until you have the answers you are looking for. It could e very very serious you could lose muscles in your arms if not treated right away.......
