head pain when opening bowels

my husband experiences extreme head pain when opening his bowels.He says the pain is very intense and he has to stop what he is doing.He also sweats terribly when these head pains occur. Is there anything wrong with him?

Probably constipated. Ask pharmacist for the best stool softener for this problem. No bowel movement can get serious pretty quick. Call his doctor if stool softener does not help alleviate the problem.
