If you have been going to the gym for some time and this is a new symptom it should not be ignored. You should make an appointment with your PCP and have a good clinical examination.
One thought that comes to mind is the possibility that your blood pressurePressure ulcer may be elevating as your exercise. Most ppl have no symptoms with hypertension. I was lucky enough to have headaches which was my only clue that something was wrong. Please don't think that I am telling you that you have hypertension, I certainly don't know but I do think you need to have this pain diagnosed.
Best of luck to you. Please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. We will look forward to your updates.
