In conjunction with DR. Kokil's answers; do you wear a hat?
Even if so, there are additional possibilities:
The scalp muscles could be tightening up, from loss of fluid, or sun damage. This pressure would cause headaches, and effect sight and compression on the auditory canal.
Also, improper eye protection can cause eye strain, effecting vision and also more muscle tightness/fatigue.
Lastly, it could also be heat/environment related sinus passage effects. Caused by the above, plus many other factors.

So; cover your head, drink plenty of water, avoid sugars, take regular vitamins, protect your eyes and use sunscreen.

Hi!
Headaches with increased sensitivity to sound and light can be due to migraines. Treatment of migraine can include preventive therapy and medication for symptom relief. Also, if you are in sun too much it can be sun stroke, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance etc. If you feel your ears are involved, then the headache can be due to temporal arteritis and TMJ. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
