high doses of painmeds

i take 800 mgs of oxycontin and 450 mgs of roxys for break through is this a real high dose or pretty  common i have been  on this

roxys?  I never heard of it!  god Bless if it helps, I hope you don't get addicted to the pain meds.  Be careful.I take different meds but i am so careful because i heard horror stories.  I will only take 3/day maybe 4 if I can't take it.  It is soo hard to find doctors that will write scripts for pain meds, it seems the doctors are afraid & would rather you be in pain. I think its the insurance co talking instead of the doctors.   I have 2 herinated discs l4&l5 + a buldging disc at s1 my mri was from 6 years ago, I can't afford to get another mri, & I know the pain & disc problems are only getting worse.  I wish I could find a doctor to pay instead of the insurance co who declines services and raises the premiums & deductibles.  I am so sick of the healthcare system.  If you ask me doctors should start their own insurance services.  I'd gladly pay them to fix the problem so they don't have to worry about insurance co.
Any doctors in PA or FL interested in my million dollar idea. Let me know
