hurts like burming sensations lower sides just on top of my butt any bdy have similar effects also going 4 emg monday what will that tell?

first of all.....  are you detoxing?  Are you clean?  Are you in withdrawls?

Here's why I ask and this is from personal experience...  If you are dehydrated it will cause your kidneys to ache and from what you describe it sounds like your kidneys are screaming at you.  First thing I would do is drink TONS of fluids.  Our bodies are like 80 or 90 percent water and it is impairative that we keep our fluids at a "normal level".  

In withdrawls it is VERY easy to become dehydrated and most people don't drink enough water even without going through withdrawls.... so.... drink a bunch of water and see if flushing out your kidneys helps with the "burning sensations".....
