lower back pain as well as pelvic pain..

I have been suffering with a lot of pain in my lower back just on th left side and i also have the same pain in my lower pelvic area i have been  to the doctor and a gyn and they just seem to be running around in circles. I have aslo been back to my gp two days ago because i have found a little lump in my lower pelvic area. The pain has now started to travel down my left leg as a really dull ache..If any one can give me some possibality as to what it migght be i would be very gratefull

I've had this same pain for past 4 yrs and turns out its a pelvic floor disorder im a male so lots of my pain travels into my testicles,back and down my leg!I've been to 8 different drs none of them had a guess of what i had but the last dr at the Cleveland Clinic diagnosed me with this.Get the book headache in the pelvis br Dr David Wise it will give insight about this condition....Tim
