lower left pain near groin

i have a pain in my lower left side, anyone know what this could be? i came off a period yesterday and the pain has been there since.

me and my partner are trying for a baby and i was 2 weeks late. im worried now as i go on holiday in a few days and dont want to end up worse abroad.

Do arrange for an abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.  You need to ensure you don't have an ectopic pregnancy or cysts.  If this is fine then explore bowel issues.

I had the same thing asked my family dr. what is right here pointing to my groin area he said a tenden. I walked (limped) around for four months thinking I had tendenidous. I went to an ortho turned out I need a hip replacement.
