If the pain has come after prolonged standing, then it could be due to muscle strain and pinched nerves. Dip your feet in warm water and get someone to massage your legs upwards. Also apply a local analgesic ointment in lower back and use a heating pad. Prolonged standing can cause electrolyte imbalance due to dehydration. So take plenty of fluids such as lemonade, clear soups etc. If there is no improvement in pain then consult a doctor please. Take care!
