Hello Abd,
How are you doing? I am sorry that I don't know what your actual question may be. Cluster headaches can be debilitating. Pain from a Cluster Headache is typically on one side of the head. They usually come in "groups" and effect more males then females.
They cover shorter time frames then the typical migraine but are usually more severe. Actually they are not classified as a migraine. My husband, Mr Tuck was DX (diagnosed) with Cluster Headaches some years back so I have done a lot of research on them and learned much through from a physician associated with a large teaching facility. Thankfully Mr. Tuck has not had an episode for several years.
They are normally episodic and you can have months, even years that are pain free. However sometimes they can become chronic. Cluster Headaches do not usually come with the somatic symptoms associated with most migraines and are much more rare. The exact etiology (underlying cause or causes) of these headaches is not fully understood although they are classified as vascular headaches.
Treatments vary and will depend on your particular experience to some degree. You know that you are always welcome here.... However MedHelp has a forum that is focused on Migraines and Headaches. You might like to post there also. Here's the link:

Again you really didn't ask a questions and I have written a "guess" response. Please let us know how you are doing and clarify any questions. I know these Clusters can be very, very painful and my heart goes out to you.
I'll look forward to hearing from you again.
Take Care,
~Tuck
