i have recently been having sharp pains in my arms and legs, lasting for no more than a few seconds but several times a day
most of the pains are in my right fore arm and are quiet sharp.
i am 36 male and work in a manual job but am not working any harder than before.
I thing magnesium is a good idea, but i would try to find a combo with calcium and magnesium. Also make sure you are drinking 8-10 cups of water. Dehydration can cause a lot of aches and pains.
I would see your physician, but in the meantime I would consider taking magnesium. Research indicates that up to 90 percent of Americans don't get the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of magnesium from their diet alone. And magnesium deficiency can cause muscle cramps.
